- Bills included: electricity, water, gas and internet. Excessive use is charged on presentation of the bills.
- Length of stay: 12-month contracts.

Is anything available?
For the 2026/2027 academic year we have a waiting list. Requests for 2027/2028 are already open. Send us your preferred move-in date and we will get back to you.
What is included in the price?
Electricity, water, gas and internet. Rooms and apartments are furnished and kitchens are equipped.
How long is the contract?
Contracts run for 12 months.
What types of accommodation are there?
Single and double rooms in shared flats on Rua de Saragoça (Coimbra) and in the Rua do Amial house (Porto), private one- and two-bedroom apartments on Rua António de Vasconcelos / Travessa do Marco Preto (Coimbra) and a private studio in the Rua do Amial house (Porto). See our accommodation.
